Spencer is a great family dog! This easy going 5-7 yr old boy loves to hang out and relax while his foster family works, reads, or watches TV. But when the other dogs in his foster home, both big and small, are ready to rumble he's all in without reservations. He's also especially enamored with joining the pack for lizard hunting in his sunny back yard. In addition to being a total cutie (check out his funny speckled ears and brown tail), Spencer is smart too. He has mastered the dog door, is crate trained, and hardly barks, plus he has excellent house manners. He also learned commands in English, German, and Filipino in less than 48 hours. ;-) At the end of the day when you're ready for cuddles, Spencer will be there. He loves to cuddle and burrow in his blankets with you and his stuffed animals. He's just an all-around easy pup and would do well with a first-time dog family.
