Sweet Sophie came to Jake's Wish with most of the hair missing on her bottom half due to neglect, flea allergies and inadequate nutrition. Now that's she's in a loving foster home getting what she needs she's making a great recovery and bonus – we also found out she's an amazing dog! Smart, cute, quiet, friendly, snuggly, playful, trained, mellow ... seriously what's not to love? Sophie has not been introduced to children or cats but based on her easy demeanor we think she'd do just fine with a proper introduction. She loves to play fetch so she'd likely make a great friend for a boy or a girl needing a buddy. Sophie's foster family says they'd keep her if they could but their cup runneth over with adorable dogs already.
