Steele is a approximately 5 year old Australian Cattle Dog mix that loves most any dog he has met. He hangs out with dogs of all sizes at a doggie daycare while his foster family is at work. He plays nicely and seems to enjoy a good game of fetch with the humans or chase with his doggie pals. At about 40 pounds Steele is a perfect size for any home. He could easily live in an apartment if his family is active and took him on walks or to the dog park, hiking or for a quick run. He keeps up with his foster mom on a two mile run then was ready for a nap while she got ready for her day. He could join a resident dog or would do fine as an only too. If you are looking for a dog who can accompany you on dog friendly adventures, Steele is your guy. He is crate trained. He is not much of a barker unless he is letting you know someone is coming to the door.
