Dixie is a great little girl that is shy at first but claims you as her person within the first day you meet her. Dixie is a velcro type of dog that follows her person allover the house. She loves to sit and curl up on your lap and watch some TV or work on the computer with you. Dixie can easily go to work with mom or dad and is small enough to be your carry on if you want her to tag along with you on your next trip. She's not the doggie daycare type as that may be a bit overwhelming. Her perfect family would be a quieter home. Maybe a retiree or a family home with no kids or at least preteen kids. Small children that may pull her tail or want to pick her up all the time would not be a good fit for Dixie. If you are looking for a great companion that doesn't require a ton of exercise Dixie may be your girl. Her foster home reports that she has not had any accidents in the house.
