Meet Jax! This sweet little one year old Papillon was so scared in the shelter, he would run and hide from the shelter staff. The shelter is a scary place for most dogs, so we put out an SOS for a foster so we could get him out and give him time to decompress. Our prayers were answered when his foster family said YES! There was a room full of happy tears when Jax came into his foster home, looked around with a wagging tail and then jumped onto his foster mom's lap and snuggled in. This handsome boy gets along with the dogs in his foster home and all the people he has met. He needs a few minutes to realize you are friend not foe but once he does it’s game on with the snuggles.
