After Paisley suffered a broken leg, her family decided to surrender her to the emergency vet. The staff reached out for help with this tiny Chihuahua and luckily we had an experienced medical foster available. We were able to transport her to another animal hospital for the soonest available surgery and now a few weeks later, she’s ready to start looking for her forever home!

At 6 months and 4 pounds Paisley is full of energy to run and play, but also loves to snuggle in your arms on the couch. She has been well-behaved on short adventures where she joined her foster mom out for lunch or a quick trip to the pet store.

Paisley loves the other small dogs in her foster home and she’d love another small dog to play with and learn from. The cats; however, she’s not a fan of. She is doing well with potty training and sleeps through the night in her crate.  Given her small size she will do best in a home with no kids under 10 years old.
