Turbo (8 year old Black Lab male) and Shelbie (5 year old Boxer female) came to us when their family could no longer care for them. These two love people and seem to get along with other dogs. They have lived together their whole life so a forever home that could take both in would be awesome but we realize that isn’t always easy especially with large breed pooches so we are willing to separate them in order to find each a perfect family to call their own. We have started to do things with each separately to determine if they will be ok apart and they have done just fine. Both are a bit shy at first but warm up quickly and become bid love bug, lap dogs. Turbo will let you know if a squirrel comes into the yard but otherwise likes to just hang out with you after a moderate walk around the neighborhood. At about 5 years old Shelby has a bit more energy but not so much where she will need an extreme athlete in her home but she would love the opportunity to go on some hikes, longer walks and a nice game of fetch.
